Positive Impact Points, built for real classrooms
PIPS — the Positive Impact Points System — is a complete positive behaviour platform for Australian schools. It helps teachers award points, run class and house competitions, track student streaks and celebrate great behaviour, all from a mobile- and tablet-friendly app built to be used one-handed while moving around the room. PIPS is a product of Tech 2 Teach, developed with schools to make student acknowledgement simple and consistent.
Positive by design
Focus on recognising and rewarding great behaviour, with custom behaviour types and school expectations mapped to your core values.
Whole-school engagement
House leaderboards, class goals and shared school goals bring students, staff and families together around positive behaviour.
Built for teachers
Quick award, bulk award and one-handed use in the classroom mean less admin and more time with students.
About Me
Hi, I'm Georga, a primary school teacher in Melbourne's east and the person behind Tech2Teach.
After 8 years in the classroom, I kept seeing the same thing: schools put real effort into recognising positive behaviour, but the tools were paper tallies, spreadsheets, or overseas apps that didn't fit how Australian schools run house points. So I built PIPS.
PIPS (Positive Impact Points) lets teachers award points in a couple of taps, run whole-school house competitions with live leaderboards, and see the data that matters, without adding to anyone's workload. Every feature has been shaped by real classrooms and real staffrooms, and student data stays private and isolated to each school.
I still think like a teacher first. If something in PIPS doesn't save you time or help you celebrate your students, I want to hear about it. As a first launch I know there are improvements to come.
